This document is published in line with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which mandates the publication of the website's terms of use, privacy policy, and rules for user access and interaction on https://buzzlytech.com.

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and services provided by RNR Associates (operating as Buzzlytech), a proprietorship registered in New Delhi, India.

By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full; accordingly, if you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part thereof, you must not use our website.

If you register with our website, submit any material to our website, or use any of our services, we will ask you to expressly agree to these terms and conditions.

By using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you warrant and represent to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

Our website uses cookies; by using our website or agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use our website in any way or take any action that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the performance, availability, or accessibility of the website.
• Use our website in any way that is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
• Use our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit, or other malicious computer software.
• Conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction, and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent.
• Access or otherwise interact with our website using any robot, spider, or other automated means except for the purpose of search engine indexing.
• Use data collected from our website for any direct marketing activity (including without limitation email marketing, SMS marketing, telemarketing, and direct mailing).
• Ensure that all information you supply to us through our website, or in relation to our website, is true, accurate, current, complete, and non-misleading.
• Use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited behavior includes transmitting offensive or unlawful content or disrupting the normal operation of the site.
• Point a dynamic QR code sold by us at content that is unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful; we may pause or withdraw such a code without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features or services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We may suspend, cancel, or edit your account at any time in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

4. Service Information

We aim to provide accurate descriptions and pricing of our services on the website. However, we do not guarantee that the information, including availability and pricing, is always accurate, complete, or current. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and modify service offerings without prior notice.

5. Barcode Numbers

5.1 What we supply. Alongside our technology services we sell packs of barcode numbers in the EAN-13, UPC-A, ITF-14 and ISBN-13 formats. Each number is a correctly formed GTIN with a valid check digit, drawn from a ledger we maintain, and is readable by standard barcode scanners and point-of-sale software.

5.2 Not a GS1 registration. The numbers are not licensed from, and are not recorded with, GS1 or any national ISBN agency, and they do not appear against your business in the GS1 registry. Most marketplaces and retail systems accept a correctly formed number; a minority verify numbers against the GS1 registry and accept only GS1-licensed numbers. We make no representation that any particular marketplace, retailer, platform or trading partner will accept a number, and it is your responsibility to confirm your channel's requirements before you buy. 5.3 Uniqueness. Within our ledger a number is issued once and is never sold to another customer of ours. Because the wider GTIN numbering space also contains numbers licensed elsewhere, we cannot guarantee that a number has never been assigned by a third party, and on rare occasions a number may coincide with one already in circulation. Where a retailer reports such a clash, we will void the number and issue a replacement at no charge.

5.4 Delivery. Numbers are reserved to your account and made available in your dashboard as soon as your payment is confirmed. Delivery is digital; nothing is shipped. If stock of a type is temporarily insufficient at the moment of payment, the order is held as paid and fulfilled when stock is replenished; the payment is not forfeited.

5.5 Your undertakings. You confirm that you will not describe the numbers to any third party as GS1-registered, that you will use them for lawful purposes, and that you accept responsibility for any consequence of presenting a number to a channel that does not accept it.

5.6 Limited warranty. We warrant that each number is valid in format and scannable. We give no warranty of acceptance by any third party and are not liable for a refusal by any marketplace, retailer or system, nor for any loss arising from such refusal.

5.7 Replacement channel. A number that fails a standard scanner test, or that is a genuine duplicate issued by us, will be voided in our ledger and replaced. Voided numbers are retired permanently and never re-sold.

6. QR Codes

6.1 Generated from your content. QR codes are produced on our servers from the details you supply (a web address, text, WiFi credentials, contact details or a UPI identifier). You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that content and for anything a scanner is directed to.

6.2 Static codes. A static code contains your content in the image itself, cannot be altered after download, and does not depend on our website to function.

6.3 Dynamic codes. A dynamic code contains a short buzzlytech.com link; when scanned, our server redirects the scanner to the destination you set and records a scan count. Dynamic codes therefore require our redirect service to be online. We will maintain the service for as long as buzzlytech.com operates and will give reasonable notice on this website should that ever change; we are not liable for interruptions outside our control.

6.4 Withdrawal. We may pause or withdraw a code used in breach of section 2. A withdrawn code stops resolving and can no longer be downloaded.

7. Payments, Taxes and Invoicing

Prices are displayed inclusive of GST at 18% unless stated otherwise, and the amount shown at checkout is the amount charged. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner (Razorpay). RNR Associates issues a sequential GST tax invoice for every completed order: CGST + SGST for buyers whose billing state is Delhi, IGST for buyers elsewhere in India. Please enter your state and, if applicable, your GSTIN correctly at checkout; we cannot amend a tax invoice after issue except through a credit note where the law permits.

8. Refunds

Barcode numbers and QR codes are digital goods issued immediately on payment and cannot be recalled; orders for them are final once issued, subject to the replacement cases above. Refunds for our other services follow the timelines in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites that are not under our control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external sites. Accessing third-party links is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this site—including text, images, graphics, logos, code, and software—is owned or licensed by RNR Associates and protected by applicable intellectual property laws including copyright, trademark, and patent laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without our prior written consent. Barcode images and QR codes delivered to you may be used freely on your own products and materials.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RNR Associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or our services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or other intangible losses. Our aggregate liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, save for the limited warranties expressly given in sections 5 and 6. We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, secure, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RNR Associates and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the website, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or infringement of any third-party rights.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective once posted on this page with a revised date. We recommend checking this page periodically for updates.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms, your use of the website, or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
