Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing BUZZLYTECH (operated by RNR ASSOCIATES). We strive to provide excellent technology services and ensure customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel scheduled services or project engagements by providing written notice via email at contact@buzzlytech.com or phone at +91 9259888885.

Cancellation Timeline:

  • Within 15 days of service booking/project initiation: Full refund (100%) will be processed. No questions asked.
  • Between 16-30 days of service booking/project initiation: Partial refund (50%) will be processed after deducting work completed and resources allocated.
  • After 30 days of service booking/project initiation: No refund will be provided as significant resources, time, and effort have been invested in the project.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • The service was not provided as described or agreed upon in the service agreement.
  • The service was not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances or failure on our part.
  • Technical issues on our end prevented service delivery within the agreed timeline.
  • The client cancels within the eligible refund period as outlined above.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including:

  • Services that have been fully rendered and delivered to the client's satisfaction.
  • Custom development work where source code or deliverables have been provided to the client.
  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (domain registration, hosting fees, API subscriptions, software licenses, etc.).
  • Consultation fees for completed sessions.
  • Services cancelled after the 30-day refund eligibility period.

4. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed and issued within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider. For transactions made through CCAvenue, refund processing times are subject to their terms and banking partner timelines.

5. Partial Refunds

If a service has been partially rendered or partially completed, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on:

  • The proportion of the service completed and delivered.
  • Resources allocated and time invested in the project.
  • Third-party costs already incurred.
  • Milestones achieved as per the project agreement.

6. Project Modifications

If the client requests modifications or changes to the original scope of work after the project has commenced, additional charges may apply. Such scope changes do not qualify for refunds on the original service fees.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, pandemics, internet/server outages, power failures, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with clients to reschedule services or find alternative solutions.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute regarding refunds or cancellations, we encourage clients to contact us first to resolve the matter amicably. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all customer concerns.

9. Governing Law

This Refund and Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable laws. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
