Payment Information: We use a third-party payment processor (Razorpay) to handle all payment transactions. We do not store your complete credit/debit card information on our servers. Only transaction references and payment status are retained for record-keeping purposes.

Billing and tax details: Your billing name, address, state and (if you give it) GSTIN are stored on the order and printed on the GST tax invoice we are required to issue, and are retained for the period Indian tax law requires.

Barcode ledger records: Each barcode number you buy is recorded against your account and order number in a ledger shared with our sister barcode store, so that a number is never issued twice. The ledger holds the number, your order reference and your account identifier — not your name, address or payment details.

QR code content and scans: The details you enter to build a QR code (a link, text, WiFi network name and password, contact details or UPI ID) are stored so the code can be regenerated and, for dynamic codes, redirected. For dynamic codes we record a scan count and the time of the last scan; we do not record the identity, device or location of the person scanning. WiFi passwords are never displayed back in your dashboard.

Usage Data: Information about how you use our website, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs.

Cookies: We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, maintain session information, and analyze website traffic. You can choose to disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect certain website functionalities.
