Delivery Policy

Everything sold on buzzlytech.com (operated by RNR Associates, New Delhi) is delivered electronically. No parcel is dispatched and no courier is involved. This page explains what "delivered" means for each thing we sell.

1. Barcode numbers (EAN-13, UPC-A, ITF-14, ISBN-13)

As soon as our payment gateway confirms your payment, the numbers in your pack are marked sold to your account in our ledger and appear under Dashboard › My Barcodes, together with SVG and PNG images, a CSV and an Excel list. In normal operation this takes seconds. You may re-download the files as many times as you wish.

If, at the exact moment of payment, the stock of a type is lower than the pack you bought, the order is held as paid, being prepared; nothing is charged twice, and the numbers are issued automatically as soon as stock is replenished, usually the same working day. You will see the status on the order page and receive a notification when the numbers are ready.

2. QR codes

QR codes are generated on our servers from the details you supply and appear under Dashboard › My QR Codes immediately after payment, as PNG and SVG. A code you have not configured yet is delivered as a slot you can set up at any time; the image is produced the moment you save the details. Dynamic codes remain redirect-capable for as long as buzzlytech.com is online.

3. Marketing tools, hosting and other services

Subscription services are activated by our team after payment is confirmed, normally within 24–48 hours on working days. Access details are sent to your registered email address and shown under Dashboard › My Services. Where a service depends on a third-party provider, their provisioning time applies.

4. Invoice

A GST tax invoice from RNR Associates is generated with every completed order and can be downloaded from the order page. If you need it re-sent by email, write to us with the order number.

5. If something has not arrived

Check the order status on your dashboard first. If a paid order shows no codes after an hour, or a service is not activated within two working days, email contact@buzzlytech.com or call +91 9259888885 with the order number and we will sort it out.
