Buying from Buzzlytech

What is Buzzlytech?

Buzzlytech is the technology arm of RNR Associates, a New Delhi studio. We issue retail barcode numbers and QR codes, sell hosting and VPS plans and AI marketing tools, run digital marketing and GEO retainers, and build ERP and custom software. One account covers all of it.

Do the prices include GST?

Yes. Every price on the site includes 18% GST and is the amount charged at checkout. The package page shows the split, and RNR Associates issues a sequential GST tax invoice for every order — CGST + SGST for Delhi buyers, IGST for the rest of India.

What payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, all through Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.

How fast is delivery?

It depends on the family, and every package says which. Barcode numbers and QR codes: within seconds of payment, in your dashboard. Hosting, VPS and tool access: activated by a person within 24–48 hours. Marketing retainers: a kickoff call within 24–48 hours. ERP and studio work: a written scope within 24–48 hours of your enquiry.

How do I get started?

Create an account, pick a package, add it to the cart and pay. Barcodes and QR codes appear under My Barcodes and My QR Codes at once; services appear under My Services once activated. Quoted work starts from the contact page.

Can I upgrade a plan or retainer later?

Yes. Write to us with the order number and we move you to the larger plan; the difference is invoiced with GST like everything else.

What happens when a service expires?

You receive renewal reminders before the expiry date and can renew from your dashboard. Nothing renews without you.

Barcodes & QR codes

Do you sell barcodes as well?

Yes. Alongside hosting, tools and software, Buzzlytech issues EAN-13, UPC-A, ITF-14 and ISBN-13 barcode numbers today and generates static or dynamic QR codes. They are bought from the same account, paid the same way and invoiced by RNR Associates like everything else we sell.

Are your barcode numbers GS1-registered?

No, and we say so before you pay. Each number is a correctly formed GTIN that scans on standard equipment and lists on most marketplaces, but it is not entered in the GS1 registry under your business. A minority of platforms and chain retailers look numbers up with GS1 and accept only GS1-licensed ones; for those you need a GS1 licence, not us. Our chooser page explains how to tell which situation you are in.

Can the same barcode number be sold to two people?

Not by us. Numbers come out of a sell-once ledger that marks each one sold under a locked database transaction, so two payments landing at the same instant cannot receive the same number. What we cannot control is the wider GTIN space, where a number licensed elsewhere could in rare cases coincide with one of ours; if a retailer reports that, we replace the number free.

How quickly are barcodes and QR codes delivered?

Within seconds of the payment gateway confirming your payment, even if you close the browser: our server receives the confirmation directly. Numbers, SVG and PNG images, a CSV and an Excel list appear under My Barcodes; QR codes appear under My QR Codes.

What is the difference between a static and a dynamic QR code?

A static code carries your content inside the image and needs nothing from us afterwards. A dynamic code carries a short buzzlytech.com link; scans are redirected to the destination you set, which you can change any time, and each scan is counted. Dynamic is offered for web links; text, WiFi, contact-card and UPI codes are static.

Can I return barcode numbers or QR codes?

Once issued, no: a number cannot be put back into stock and a code image cannot be recalled, so those orders are final. We do replace any number that fails to scan, any genuine duplicate we issued, and any number a retailer reports as clashing, and we regenerate a QR code that does not decode correctly. See the Refund Policy for the details.

ERP, marketing and studio work

Why is there no price for ERP or studio work?

Because the price depends on scope: which modules you need, how much data we migrate, how many people we train. You describe what you run on the contact page and get a written scope with a fixed price and a timeline within 24–48 hours.

Is ad spend included in a marketing retainer?

No. Retainers are our management fee. The money paid to Google and Meta for the ads themselves is set by you and paid to the platforms directly; we manage it and never mark it up.

What do you report on a marketing retainer?

Rupees, not clicks: we tie ad clicks to the paid orders in your books, so the return per channel is a fact rather than the platform's estimate. Reports are monthly, fortnightly or weekly depending on the bundle.
